PROCESS OF PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

STEP 1

​

Agency Provide ACS with Details of the Required Properties.​

Tenant Name:​

STEP 2

 

The ACS Team then contact and arrange the tenant using the info provided

STEP 3

 

An Agent from ACS will call out to the property at the set time to carry out the inspection.

STEP 4

 

Report will then be uploaded and emailed on the same day to the agency, Including a report with any findings.

STEP 5

 

Agency Provides Landlord with a Professional and detailed report on their property.

Types of Inspections

CHECK IN

​

This Inspection would be carried out pre-tenant moving in, ensuring the agency and landlord have a full conditioned report of the property.

MID TERM

​

These tend to be carried out on average 2-4 Times a year, these reports provide a brief overview of the property throughout the tenancy and highlights the condition, cleanliness and any issues of concern.

CHECK OUT

​

These Inspections are carried out either a few days before a tenant vacates the property or just after they have moved out and before any deposits are returned. This report provides a full detailed report of the condition of the property against the original Check In report.
